Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience required.
• Experience in audit, compliance, legal, operations, project management, records management, or risk functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures company records are managed in accordance with state and federal requirements, internal policies and procedures, and records management best practices.
• Evaluates records management policies, procedures, and systems to support the lifecycle of company records and information.
• Reviews team mailbox inquiries, performs research, and ensures timely responses.
• Supports records management projects with plans, timelines, roadmaps, action items, stakeholder communications, and completion tracking.
• Reviews regulatory requirements and determines appropriate company record retention periods.
• Coordinates legal hold issuance, release, and quarterly reviews with the Matter Management team.
• Performs e‑discovery activities including data preservation, collection, review coordination, production tracking, and support.
• Manages request, review, and approval processes for Records Management & E‑Discovery.
• Develops reporting, metrics, presentations, FAQs, and other materials to communicate status and drive engagement.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues as needed.
• Participates in training and awareness initiatives for records management programs.
• Manages a network of departmental record coordinators for inventory and disposition.
• Drafts emails, letters, memoranda, reports, meeting notes, and summaries.
• Tracks industry trends and best practices in records management.
• Supports other Legal initiatives as needed.
• Builds relationships across the enterprise.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
