To learn more, visit Privacy Statement.### Sr. Treasury Analyst, Cash ManagementApply: Lansing, MI: Full time: Posted Today: REQ-04017***If you are an internal associate, please login to Workday and apply through Jobs Hub.***## **Job Purpose**The Senior Treasury Analyst, Cash Management performs a variety of treasury-related activities, which include daily cash management and daily collateral management activities for the Jackson Treasury department.## **Essential Responsibilities*** Supports daily cash management (operating cash and requests from other groups) and related cash moves.* Ensures cash availability for short-term payments.* Reviews inquiries from banks and other relevant parties.* Prepares monthly Cashflow Forecast for senior management and assists with other reporting as needed.* Researches cash discrepancies, working with both management and other departments.* Develops and prepares reporting for senior management.* Liaises with investment manager.* Takes lead on various special projects as required.* Supports Collateral team activities when needed, including Futures, OTC, and preparation of both internal and external collateral transfers.* Acts as a subject matter expert by answering questions and responding to requests.* Coaches, mentors, and trains less experienced staff.## **Other Duties*** Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.## **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.* Accuracy and attention to detail.* Strong written and verbal communications skills.* Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.* Strong PC skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Knowledge of banking platforms.* Understanding of Jackson products and systems.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.## **Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience required.* 5+ years of treasury, accounting, or finance experience required.* Insurance/financial services industry experience preferred.* CTP preferred.Jackson is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
