Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Elevated attention to detail and consistency in work product.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Organized and proactive.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 63, 79 licenses and SIE required at hiring or shortly thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transaction execution under direction of the Head of the Debt Private Placements Group.
• Lead pitch drafting and transaction marketing documents.
• Prepare and review complex financial analyses and models.
• Present materials to senior bankers and clients of the firm.
• Expand and develop client relationships with key institutional investors.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to expand corporate relationships and drive day-to-day deal process.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our sectors.
• Analyze and present deal data for senior management and issuers.
• Support new business and marketing initiatives as appropriate.
• Demonstrate commitment to the group’s growth on new opportunities.
