Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®) is seeking a full-time Debt Collector in Wichita, KS to join our local team. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, pursue accounts, and gather location information while upholding FDCPA, HIPAA, and company policies.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required).

Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.
