Qualifications

• Arizona bar admission in good standing is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings and motions.
• Manage active litigation files and case strategy with the team.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint when required.
• Negotiate settlements while protecting client interests.
