Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Salt Lake City team. The candidate must reside in the Salt Lake City area to attend local hearings and handle a diverse docket.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Utah.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents.
• Review litigation files to determine appropriate action.
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes while protecting client interests.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.
