Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests.
• Travel to various courtrooms as required.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and procedures.
