Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Arkansas and willing to waive into Oklahoma.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and discovery in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files to determine actions.
• Advocate for client interests at hearings and negotiations.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
