Job summary

F.H. Cann is seeking motivated individuals for an in-office debt collection role in North Andover, MA. The position requires effective negotiation, organization, and the ability to handle high call volumes within a fast-paced environment.

You will locate and contact customers, document interactions, and work toward repayment solutions while complying with laws and company policies. The role includes a base hourly pay range and monthly bonuses.

• Must possess excellent verbal negotiation, customer service and persuasion skills.
• Well organized, results driven, and able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment.
• Flexibility to adapt and resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with sound judgement.
• Strong attendance and punctuality while working a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with customers to recover delinquencies and offer solutions to repay accounts.
• Locate/skip-trace customers using skip-tracing tools with internet access.
• Record accurate notes and maintain logs of communications and activities.
• Meet department standards for deadlines, objectives, and goals.
• Adhere to consumer protection laws and company policies.
