Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Andover, MA is seeking Debt Collectors to join our team. The role offers paid onsite training for three weeks and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Pay starts at $19.25–$21.00 per hour plus bonuses, including a $500 retention bonus after six months. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off. Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills and can meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Above-average administrative and phone skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Well-organized and results-driven.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with basic math and computer skills; able to pass required assessments.
• Able to communicate in writing and verbally.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
• Record accurate notes and update account information in the system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with Zwicker & Associates, P.C. policies and procedures.
• Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
