Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Andover, MA, is seeking Debt Collectors to join our team. The role offers paid onsite training for three weeks, weekly pay, and monthly bonuses.

The office is located at 80 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA, with hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM. The pay rate is $19.25–$21.00 per hour plus applicable bonus, with uncapped bonus potential. We also provide a $500 Retention Bonus for new Collectors who remain actively employed for six months.

Qualifications

• Above-average administrative and phone skills.
• Debt collectors must have strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized, results-driven.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; standard skills assessment required.
• Ability to communicate in a common language verbally and/or in writing.
• Ability to operate a computer/phone or equivalent device.
• Available for a minimum 40-hour workweek.
• Ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
• Record accurate notes and update account information in the system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with company policies and FDCPA/state laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
