Capital One is seeking a proactive Principal Associate to lead the Debit Horizontal Management function within Enterprise Payments. You will drive governance, strategy, and risk oversight across Debit channels while engaging key stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires experience in project/process management and banking operations, with a hybrid work arrangement in McLean, VA. You will influence across levels and escalate major risks to Senior Management as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of project or process management experience.
• At least 1 year of banking operations or payments experience.

Responsabilidades

• Govern Debit-related events and issues company-wide, escalating major risks to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners on routines and leadership discussions.
• Deliver governance and strategic management across Debit payment channels.
• Identify opportunities to streamline monitoring processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and third-party stakeholders.
• Monitor operational metrics, controls, and risks to inform leadership discussions.
