Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services.
• At least 4 years of program management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams and stakeholders to develop products, processes, marketing and supporting technologies with risk management practices.
• Lead risk framework discussions and drive creative solutions to improve the risk profile.
• Participate in risk forums and reporting routines and improve risk management practices.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or control environment to mitigate risks.
• Synthesize data and reporting; provide actionable business insights from team analytics.
• Collaborate across multiple levels and organizations to achieve objectives.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and understand impacts to the supported areas.
