Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Debit Card Program Associate II to provide back-office deposit support for branches, handling debit card accounts, disputes, and transaction research. You will help develop team knowledge, update procedures, monitor workloads, and support department initiatives.

The role focuses on delivering accurate, prompt service, with emphasis on compliance, SLAs, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior service for deposit operations to internal and external customers.
• Reviews documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Processes daily items including CRIS, fraud monitoring, disputes, and ATM-related tasks.
• Performs general ledger reconciliations and supports online banking account setup.
• Responds to branch inquiries via phone, email, and Skype; ensures timely support.
• Contributes to department initiatives and process improvements.
