Responsibilities

• Execute debit and credit card requests or inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Process real-time maintenance requests through internal channels.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to leadership.
• Handle incoming calls from front-line servicing teams for real-time support.
• Maintain accurate cardholder records in bank systems.
• Meet or exceed service level agreements for inquiries and requests.
• Index daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly card transaction reports.
