Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Card Operations Administrator- Debit Card to manage all debit card inquiries and maintenance requests. You will interact with internal and external channels and assist front-line teams in real-time, expanding your knowledge of card benefits and functions.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in card operations, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft 365 in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years in credit card or debit card operations, servicing or support.
• General banking operations knowledge including debit/credit card products.
• Familiar with regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft 365).
• Experience in production environments using queues and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
