Forbright Bank seeks a Supervisor, Card Services, Digital Banking to lead day-to-day debit card servicing operations, including administration and dispute processing. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance while partnering with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, guidance, and adherence to SLAs, with a focus on risk management, controls, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in debit card services operations, including card administration and servicing.
• Experience in debit card dispute processing, including Reg E investigations and provisional credit requirements.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily card services activities and oversee debit card administration and dispute processing.
• Monitor workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLAs.
• Provide escalation support for complex card servicing issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee debit card administration tasks including card ordering, replacements, and maintenance.
