Responsibilities include preparing MC Reports, end-of-month status reports, and monitoring data compromise alerts, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of banking experience required.
• Experience in debit/credit card operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Professional demeanor and relationship-building with internal/external contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications for documents, procedures, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve debit card disputes while ensuring Regulation E compliance.
• Review reports for chargeback statuses and research unposted items.
• Process Zelle dispute claims according to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).
• Prepare end-of-month status reports.
• Monitor Account Data Compromise alerts and reissue warm cards as needed.
• Perform general research tasks and complete additional assignments/projects as designated by management.
