Job summary

Renaissance Charter at Central Palm is seeking a Dean of Students to lead elective courses, afterschool programs, and parent involvement. You will help ensure the safety and well-being of students and support the principal in CSUSA policies and school oversight.

Responsibilities include observing teachers, guiding curriculum implementation, and coordinating data analysis to drive annual school goals. Strong leadership and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher; teaching certification where applicable.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years teaching experience; equivalent combination acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teachers are organized and follow curriculum maps.
• Observe and evaluate instructional design and classroom management.
• Support principal with policy implementation and school oversight.
• Lead professional development and coaching for staff.
• Coordinate student progress monitoring and goal setting.
