Responsibilities

• Oversee academic and behavioral integrity of the school environment.

• Monitor staff performance and support professional development.
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum delivery and student engagement.
• Teach 1-4 courses and ensure alignment with RES standards.
• Organize testing, reporting, and data analysis to inform instruction.
• Engage with the community and coordinate events with stakeholders.
