• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teachers on behavior management systems and restorative practices to promote a positive classroom environment.
• Coaches teachers in building relationships with students and parents.
• Work with the Assistant Principal to establish school culture.
• Use data to foster a positive culture and monitor attendance and behavior.
