Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in youth development or related field.
• Experience with behavior support, school culture, or discipline in a school setting.
• Experience coordinating student-facing activities and events.
• Strong communication with students, teachers, leaders, and families.
• Eligible to work in the United States and available for occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support de-escalation and proactive solutions for scholars in elementary through middle school.
