The Dean will support students academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, and work with the principal, teachers, and families to promote positive behavior. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in student behavior support, restorative practices, and school leadership is expected.

Aufgaben

• Promote positive student behavior and school culture; coordinate student support and leadership opportunities.
• Monitor attendance and interventions; connect families with resources.
• Provide professional development and support in classroom management and restorative practices.
• Coordinate NWEA assessments and collaborate with instructional leaders on using results for student growth.
• Assist middle school students with high school exploration, applications, and financial aid.
