Cristo Rey Jesuit Milwaukee is seeking a Dean of Student Support to lead academic and personal development for urban scholars. You will supervise faculty, guide intervention strategies, and ensure compliant support services in collaboration with the Principal.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's (Master's preferred), have experience in Jesuit education, and can engage families. The role centers on inclusive, data-driven action to improve outcomes for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, School Counseling, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Catholic or Jesuit education is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and managing academic support programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal and faculty to identify students facing challenges and develop intervention strategies.
• Oversee development and implementation of academic support programs and tutoring resources.
• Lead the Student Support Team to review documentation and create accommodation plans.
• Coordinate Title funding and oversee Title teachers and annual need assessments.
• Support students with learning differences and liaise with parents and evaluators.
• Coordinate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
• Provide professional development to faculty on strategies for student success.
• Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
