Job summary

Cristo Rey Jesuit Milwaukee seeks a Dean of Student Support for a full-time, 10-month role to lead academic support and work-readiness initiatives. You will collaborate with the Principal, supervise staff, and guide families to empower students from diverse backgrounds in a Jesuit-college prep environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating intervention strategies, ensuring accommodation plans, and managing Title funds to support students with learning differences.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's in Education or related field; master's preferred.
• Experience in Catholic or Jesuit education is desirable.
• Experience with diverse student populations and academic support programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and work-study program leadership.
• Collaborate with Principal and faculty to support students on learning plans.
• Oversee Title funding administration and service delivery for students with disabilities.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and supports.
