Job summary

Summit Public Schools is seeking a Dean of Operations to lead non-instructional site operations for middle and high school campuses. You will oversee attendance, nutrition, recruitment and enrollment, facilities, health and safety, scheduling, records, testing, and transportation, while guiding an operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, strongly preferred.
• Operations and/or prior school experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with data or analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Clear health and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attendance systems and ensure compliance with attendance goals.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment processes to maintain full enrollment.
• Oversee health, safety, and field trips, including safety drills and reporting.
• Manage technology inventory and facilities maintenance, coordinate repairs.
• Oversee meals program and National School Lunch Program compliance.
• Oversee records, testing, transcripts, and standardized test planning.
• Support design of the school master schedule and student timetables.
• Coordinate transportation, field trips, and transit programs.
• Serve on the school admin team and manage 운영 staff.
