Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required.
• One year of leadership experience related to the administrator's assignment.
• Master's degree in a student-focused discipline such as counseling, psychology, educational or career counseling preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects/programs in higher education.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the Counseling and Student Success Division's operations and activities.
• Provide leadership for program evaluation, continuous improvement, and services to assure student completion and retention.
• Collaborate with campus leadership, staff and faculty to meet goals including student equity onboarding enrollment retention and completion.
• Ensure a student-centered, customer-service oriented environment across department functions; promote effective use of technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in counseling and student services in community colleges and higher education.
• Participate in strategic planning for the college and division; set priorities for short-term and long-range plans.
• Oversee program reviews and Service Area Outcomes to advance institutional effectiveness.
