• Lead academic support areas through planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Oversee strategic planning and institutional effectiveness processes; mentor faculty and staff.
• Coordinate and maintain long-range academic plans with leadership and budget oversight.
• Ensure dual credit programs and college prep meet SACS, GIPWE, and Coordinating Board requirements.
• Develop curriculum and support distance learning; collaborate on program articulations.
