Qualifications

Master's Degree in a discipline within the division or related area.
Three years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education.
At least two years of supervisory experience in Higher Education.

Provide strategic leadership for the Academic Dean role within the Business & Technology division.
Plan, develop, and direct division activities.
Coordinate program reviews, accreditation, and evaluation processes.
Supervise full- and part-time faculty and staff; hire and evaluate personnel.
Develop long-range goals and support curriculum innovation and growth.
