Job summary

Lone Star College is seeking a Director of Academic Operations for LSC-Online, a senior leadership role managing academic operations, scheduling, budgets, and accreditation compliance. Reporting to the CAIO, you will oversee faculty deployment, course readiness, and program approvals while guiding procedural improvements across online modalities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's degree and at least 7 years of experience preferred.
Experience with SACSCOC compliance, academic data, governance, THECB approvals, and CBM reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the LSC-Online master academic schedule across standard, accelerated, Velocity, CBE, HyFlex, and other instructional formats.
Provide operational leadership for faculty deployment and workload planning.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and program accreditation compliance.
Coordinate with the CAIO on program reviews and THECB approvals.
Develop and maintain academic operations dashboards for leadership.
