Job summary

Suncoast Porsche, part of Sunset Automotive Group, is seeking a part-time Cashier/Receptionist for the front desk of our service and parts departments. You will greet customers, collect and post payments, close out repair orders, answer phones, and perform related administrative tasks to keep the department moving.

Ideal candidate will have professional appearance, outstanding customer service, strong phone and math skills, dependability, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.

• Cash handling/cashiering experience and solid basic math skills.
• Dependability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
• Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Job description

Suncoast Porsche, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of new car dealerships, is in need of a part-time Cashier/Receptionist for the front desk of our service and parts departments.

Because you will generally be a part of every Porsche service and parts customer's experience with our dealership, professionalism and outstanding customer service skills are extremely important.

Part-time schedule, somewhat flexible, typically mornings and 2 Saturdays per month. No late evenings. Closed Sundays.

Responsibilities include greeting customers for the service and parts departments, collecting payments, posting payments accurately, and closing out all repair orders for the service department. This position also answers phones and performs other administrative and customer service tasks as required to keep our department moving. Ideal Cashier-Receptionist candidate will have the following:

• professional appearance, outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task and general office/computer skills

• dependability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• availability to work Monday through Saturday
• previous automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required
