Porsche Chandler, part of RACCAR Automotive, is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, the Receptionist helps create a welcoming, luxury experience that reflects the Porsche brand.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be available to work scheduled weekend shifts, including Saturdays and/or Sundays based on dealership needs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome customers, guests, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining Porsche's high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales, Service, or management personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and customer lounge.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
• Communicate effectively with dealership staff to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Assist with scheduling, customer communications, and other front desk activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and dealership information.
• Support dealership operations and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
