• Deliver a premier dealership service experience in person and by phone.
• Monitor service activities and ensure completion per requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and proper handling of documentation.
• Act as liaison between dealerships and service staff for requests.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and new leads.
