Job summary

AutoNation in Prescott, AZ is hiring a Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support our dealership network. You will own the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding.

You will source talent using job boards, social media, fairs, and community networks, manage interview logistics, post job postings, and create strong candidate pools. High-volume retail recruiting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.5-3 years of recruitment experience ideally in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency or high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting life-cycle for multiple requisitions.
• Source talent using job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations.
• Own the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Coordinate interview logistics and debriefs to ensure a seamless process.
• Draft offers and post job postings; maintain strong candidate pools.
