Job summary

Numa is recruiting a Performance Architect to act as a strategic advisor to dealership leadership, linking our AI-powered platform to core business goals and KPIs. You’ll drive performance improvements, retention, and expansion across dealer accounts.

This role requires executive-level credibility, deep dealership experience, and the ability to own relationships and action plans with minimal supervision. Remote with travel to dealerships as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dealership operations or executive leadership roles.
• Ability to translate performance data into measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with success teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with dealership leadership and establish trust through insights and results.
• Tie Numa's platform to business goals like profit, productivity and CSI.
• Lead QBRs to align teams and develop forward-looking action plans.
• Deliver actionable, dealership-specific performance insights aligned with local priorities.
• Create 90-day engagement plans driving measurable outcomes.
• Guide reviews and tailor plans based on real-time metrics and priorities.
• Elevate Numa to a strategic partner through executive relationship management.
• Partner with Product, CS, and Sales to shape tools and best practices.
