Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Associate General Manager, Dealership Operations to lead Service and Parts operations, facilities management, and OEM relationships at a busy California dealership.

You will oversee up to 50 associates, drive KPIs like CSI, RO count, gross profit, safety, and 5S, and partner with managers to improve workflow and compliance. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, vendor management, and sustaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and operational management experience in service & parts.
• Experience driving KPIs (CSI, RO count, gross profit, efficiency).
• Lean/Kaizen experience to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Service and Parts operations to hit revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee performance reviews, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans.
• Enforce standards (5S, safety, visual management).
• Collaborate with Service and Parts Managers to improve workflow and throughput.
• Monitor warranty processes for compliance and recovery.
• Enhance customer experience, speed of service, and first-time fix rate.
