Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Associate General Manager, Dealership Operations to lead the Service & Parts operations, facilities management, and OEM relationship across the dealership. This role oversees up to 50 associates and drives customer satisfaction, profit growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will manage Service and Parts performance, collaborate to improve workflow, ensure safety, and maintain brand standards across facilities and OEM interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dealership Service and Parts operations.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs (CSI, RO count, gross profit) and implement actions.
• Proven track record in Lean/Kaizen and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the dealership's Service and Parts operations to meet revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee performance reviews and KPIs, and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Drive standardized work, 5S, safety protocols, and visual management.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts Managers to improve workflow and throughput.
• Monitor warranty processes for compliance and maximize claim recovery.
• Enhance customer experience, speed of service, and first-time fix rate.
