Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with resilience and adaptability.
• Appreciation for differing opinions.
• Skill in managing employee and customer experience under challenging conditions.
• Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to take on new assignments and juggle multiple tasks.
