CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Office Manager to support dealership finance and operations across the country, with a focus on Illinois teams.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, control time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes, and streamline office procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly with staff and customers, and brings dealership AP experience to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

• Have at least a few years of dealership accounts payable experience
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
• Control all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory
• Be highly skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co‑workers and customers
