The role emphasizes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate time records, vehicle deals, and inventory changes, and improving office processes for efficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to communicate effectively with staff and customers, and possess dealership accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Have at least a few years of dealership accounts payable experience.
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
• Control all posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory.
• Be highly skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers.
