Job summary

Lendbuzz in Toledo, OH is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to join our growing field sales team. You will visit dealerships daily, expand our network, and build trusted partnerships across the region.

The role includes on-site visits, a six-day work week, and a base salary starting at $80,000 with an uncapped commission structure to drive an OTE around $175,000. Residency in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• At least 2 years in your most recent role with a track record of growth.
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance is valued.
• Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealerships.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Business Development: identify and engage new dealership partners to expand our network and market presence.
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: provide on-site visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: analyze trends and insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Brand Promotion: enhance visibility and representation of our offerings.
