Job summary

Lendbuzz in St. Louis, MO seeks a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to expand our network of dealership partners and drive growth in auto finance. You will visit partners daily, manage relationships, and analyze market trends to guide strategy and brand presence.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, an OTE around $175,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. Residence near the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance is valued.
• Willingness to six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealership partners throughout the territory.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Must reside within or near the assigned geographic territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
