Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa is seeking a Full Time Business Development Center Specialist to be the voice of our Service department and drive our service pipeline. You will manage high-volume outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and support a fast-paced team with professional communication.

The ideal candidate excels at telephone outreach, hits targets, and delivers a friendly, solution-oriented experience for customers seeking Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume call handling for service scheduling.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to follow scripts and adhere to policy while engaging customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service appointment calls using script.
• Follow up on non-appointment service calls.
• Follow up on appointments and missed appointments.
• Confirm all pending service appointments.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate daily appointments for high-volume flow.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns while handling inbound calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
