Qualifications

• Prior administrative, clerical, accounting, title, billing, or finance support experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership finance or title work is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional handling of confidential customer information.
• Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance department with administrative and operational tasks related to vehicle sales and finance transactions.
• Prepare, organize, review, and process deal jackets to ensure files are complete and ready for submission.
• Verify contracts, lender documents, title paperwork, and forms are signed and included in each file.
• Assist with funding packages, contract processing, and follow-up on missing items.
• Enter and maintain accurate deal information in dealership systems and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with finance managers, sales managers, office staff, and outside lenders to support timely deal completion.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic deal files per record-keeping expectations.
• Support title, registration, payoff, and related finance documentation processes as needed.
