Job summary

Fletcher Jones Imports in Las Vegas seeks a knowledgeable Finance Manager to support dealership profitability while maintaining compliant, transparent finance processes. You will help customers secure financing and protection products, ensuring accurate, ethical transactions.

This role requires experience in automotive finance, the ability to structure and close deals with lenders, and strong knowledge of lending practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive finance, automotive sales, or a closely related dealership role is required.
• Ability to successfully obtain a DMV sales license.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending practices, deal structure, and finance product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Present finance and lease options clearly to support informed customer decisions.
• Structure and finalize deals with lenders accurately and efficiently.
• Review credit applications and determine appropriate financing solutions.
• Present F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance) in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
• Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and lender requirements are complete and accurate.
• Manage contracts in transit, including funding follow-up and resolution of stipulations.
• Verify deal profitability, product penetration, and compliance prior to funding.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional guest experience.

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in helping customers secure appropriate financing and protection products, supporting the dealership’s financial performance, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws, lender requirements, and dealership standards.

What You Will Do
