Job summary

Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall in West Covina, CA is seeking an on-site Full-Time accounting support specialist. You will collect daily payments from multiple departments, verify cash and deposits, and prepare daily bank deposits for armored pickup.

You will also record deposits in CDK, research discrepancies, and assist with accounting schedules while maintaining vehicle inventory records and related documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting.
• Knowledge of cash deposits and documentation.
• Familiarity with CDK or other DMS systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily payments from Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
• Verify cash, checks, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare daily bank deposits for armored pickup.
• Record and process deposits in CDK.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in deposit records.
• Assist with accounting schedules and reconciliations.
• Maintain vehicle inventory records and CDK data.
• Process wholesale vehicle transactions and dealer paperwork.
• Coordinate dealer trades and related documentation.
