The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and comfortable with numbers in a fast-paced dealership. Experience with CDK and Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.

• Experience handling deposits and payments.

• Collect daily payments from various departments.
• Verify cash, checks, and docs for accuracy.
• Prepare daily bank deposits for armored pickup.
• Record deposits in CDK and maintain records.
• Resolve discrepancies in deposit records and docs.
• Assist with accounting schedules and reconciliations.
• Receive and record vehicle deliveries; maintain inventory records.
• Enter and maintain vehicle data in CDK and databases.
• Support inventory reporting and related admin duties.
