Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall in Cerritos, CA is seeking an AMO Clerk to remit payments for Extended Service Contracts and aftermarket products, process cancellations, and handle refunds. The role includes payables, reconciliation, and schedule cleaning in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include AMO and warranty processing, follow-up on claims, and maintaining accurate dealer records. Must be 18+, with automotive dealership experience and strong accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must understand basic accounting principles (debits/credits).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on outstanding claims.
• F&I, Ethos, AMO reconciliations and cancellations.
• Reserve reconciliations.
• Used car purchases and dealer trades.
• Maintaining service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
• Code after market claims and enter into the dealership systems.
• Process warranty paperwork and verify criteria.
• Review after market claims and correct errors.
• Administer warranty identification and disposal.
• Maintain relationships with all departments.
• Stay updated on factory recalls and announcements.
