  • Support pre-install readiness by reviewing converted accounting data, balances, and setup information and escalating discrepancies that could affect a successful launch.
  • Coach controllers, office managers, and accounting staff on daily processing, adjustments, corrections, month-end activities, and accounting best practices within Autosoft.
  • Identify accounting setup, conversion, product, or training gaps and coordinate with Project Management, Data Conversion, Support, and other internal teams to drive resolution.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Autosoft products and services, becoming the go-to expert for clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively seek out and implement best-in-class training methodologies, leveraging your subject matter expert knowledge to deliver impactful and effective virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and update training materials such as guides, tutorials, webinars, and video content that align with the needs of various client segments.
  • Assess the specific needs of each client and customize training sessions to address their goals and use cases.
  • Refine existing training processes and develop new, innovative workflows to enhance the client experience throughout their lifecycle with Autosoft.
  • Constantly monitor client interactions to identify training gaps, proactively creating solutions to enhance product adoption and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on industry best practices and the importance of ongoing learning to obtain platform mastery to drive their business success, with a focus on maximizing product utilization and value.
  • Serve as the voice of Autosoft by establishing and maintaining best practices for client outreach and communication, ensuring a consistent, professional and exceptional client experience.
  • Gather client feedback during training sessions and work with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously enhance the training experience and platform usability.
  • Manage time-sensitive, high-pressure queries with confidence, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Regularly provide updates, insights, and feedback to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of new product features and enhancements to ensure clients are always equipped with the latest product capabilities.
  • Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values.
