Job summary

Southeast Finance Center is seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Accounting Coordinator in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role processes daily check and deposits, reconciles cash sales, and reviews deals for accuracy before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.

You will work with store teams and Business Managers to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year dealership experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to support other accounting tasks as

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a dealership environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process daily check and cash deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales.
• Review deals for accuracy using the Deal Checklist before submission.
• Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items and support compliance tracking.
• Support revenue recognition with store teams and Business Managers.
• Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting tasks.
